What we are NOT: is a deal finder; although we do work with some developers, they are generally like you, the stronger ones; and we offer marketing services for a commission. What we are talking about here are the opportunities which have already come across your desk…not something we are selling. We are NOT real estate agents, nor do we make recommendations.

What we are: is a fact finding service provider; as I mentioned above, we are talking about opportunities that have crossed your desk that made you say “I should check this one out…” and yet, there it sits in the “I need to get there” pile. Chances are you have at least three of them in that pile right now, and although you hang onto them, you know very well that several of those opportunities will go away by the time you get to physically visit them, only to determine that 2 out of the 3 do not fit the bill and were a waste of time, energy and money.
